There are two, and the difference matters only because one of them starts a clock.
The grievance officer

A complaint is acknowledged within twenty four hours and disposed of within fifteen days. The grievance page says what to send and what happens to it.

What Canipus is recognised as
Two registrations, both public, both checkable against the government's own records.
What Canipus is not
Canipus does not make, sell, import, distribute or stock any medical device, and it is not a party to anything a company and a buyer agree between themselves. It is the place they meet. How it works says that at length, and the terms say it in the way that binds.
