A doctor or a hospital asked about one of your products. What it costs depends on what the product costs: 1 credit up to ₹ 2,000, 2 up to ₹ 25,000, 5 up to ₹ 2 lakh, 12 up to ₹ 20 lakh, and 25 above that. A product with no price given is charged at its category's middle.

HOSPITAL REQUIREMENTS
A seat on a hospital's requirement

One and a half per cent of what the requirement is worth, converted to credits, never less than 3 and never more than 300. The credits are held while the hospital decides and given back in full if it goes to somebody else.

Your film is pinned for the doctors of one specialty for a week. It says PINNED FOR YOUR SPECIALTY on the card, and it never displaces what a doctor has not seen.

Every price is in Indian rupees and GST at 18 per cent is added on top. A tax invoice with your GSTIN on it is issued for every pack and kept on your desk.

Twelve months. Oldest first.
Credits last twelve months from the day they are bought. The oldest are always spent first, so nothing is lost while a newer pack waits.

Held credits can come back.
Credits held for a hospital's requirement come back in full if the hospital chooses somebody else.

An enquiry you have opened stays open. A record's reach runs for the seven days it was bought for.
